I’m a Japanese artist and I collaborate with friends who are talented artists from overseas. I am making stories for songs, so I would like to introduce the concept and story of the song I made with them. The album is based on the theme of “waves”. These “waves” refer to waves in society; namely “waves of the era ”, “radio waves”, and “clothing trends”. Using these sub-themes, I combined what is actually happening in Japan with what I felt and created a story.

The title of the song is “Lemon Lime” and the keyword of this song is “radio waves”. Radio waves allow us to connect with others at anytime, even if we are far away. This time, I wrote about the daily necessities that are indispensable to us. 


<Concept>

The theme of this track is “radio waves”. Although it is invisible to the eyes, it is an important component to our everyday lives; brilliantly giving various people access to many things and each other. I wrote this abstract piece reflecting on how people send messages, photos, videos, etc., to other parties to share their true feelings. I hope you will receive a message from my fingertips.

<Story>

I reflect on world of radio waves that connects me (here) with the world (somewhere). I contemplate my electronic data flies flying around in the air on radio waves. Are my feelings attached to the data being delivered to you?
